Response:
I chose this quote because I believe exactly what the quote says. Teachers are discarding technology because they themselves do not know how to use the technology. Education is opening up more to new technology, and now older teachers and new teachers have to learn how to use the technology. There should be some kind of way that once the new technology makes it to the schools; everyone in the schools can learn how to use the technology. The growth of technology will never change.
